Rawmona’s best and favorite salsa is made with roasted garlic, avocado oil, peanuts, sesame seeds, almonds, cacao nibs, Oaxacan chile morita, chile ancho, chile guajillo, apple cider vinegar, piloncillo and sea salt.

Traditionally, salsa macha is made with different chiles, sometimes other seeds, and without cacao - but you all know how much I love cacao, and in this case, it adds incredible depth to the salsa. Our cosmic chili crunch has SO much flavor: you can use it on eggs, sandwiches, tamales (of course), quesadillas, chicken - anything you like, really!
