We craft everything in small batches, using organic, wholesome ingredients, no gluten, dairy, grain, soy, refined sugar, artificial colorings or flavorings. We infuse our food with loads of love + a touch of magic, drawing inspiration from the deep connection to the Earth I inherited from my ancestors, honoring sacred ingredients like corn, cacao, vanilla and cinnamon.

Food, since the time of the Mayan civilization, has been an integral part our culture + spirituality. It is believed that after creating the Universe, the Gods created man from corn. Food was part of sacred rituals, used as offerings to the Gods. To this day, from cacao circles to the Dia de Muertos, food is still used on altars and as offerings during sacred ceremonies, and we are always finding reasons to cook + gather + eat + celebrate.
