In Rawmona's Kitchen, I use the cleanest ingredients I can find to create our products: mostly organic, all gluten-free flours, no refined sugars, no dairy and no artificial colors or flavorings. 

Here is a list of the ingredients I most use:

  • Organic Coconut Flour

  • Almond Flour

  • Organic, Free-Range Eggs

  • Organic Coconut Oil

  • Organic Coconut Milk

  • Organic Fruit (Limes, Lemons, Berries)

  • Organic Carrots

  • NON-GMO Seeds + Nuts (Cashews, Hazelnuts, Almonds, etc.)

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Baking Powder (non-aluminum)

  • Baking Soda

  • Organic Maple Syrup

  • Organic Coconut Sugar

FOOD ALLERGIES

I currently work out of my home kitchen, and do not use gluten when cooking or baking, but my kitchen is not officially certified gluten-free.
