In Rawmona's Kitchen, I use the cleanest ingredients I can find to create our products: mostly organic, all gluten-free flours, no refined sugars, no dairy and no artificial colors or flavorings.

Organic Coconut Flour
Organic, Free-Range Eggs

Organic Coconut Milk
Organic Fruit (Limes, Lemons, Berries)
NON-GMO Seeds + Nuts (Cashews, Hazelnuts, Almonds, etc.)
Baking Powder (non-aluminum)
Organic Maple Syrup
Organic Coconut Sugar
I currently work out of my home kitchen, and do not use gluten when cooking or baking, but my kitchen is not officially certified gluten-free.
